Terms of Service

You must register an account to access premium features, create events, and subscribe. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Our desktop and mobile applications operate under a per-device licensing model. The number of allowed active devices depends on your chosen subscription plan. Manipulating device limits or using a single license beyond the plan's limit is strictly prohibited.

All transactions are securely processed through our official third-party payment gateway. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled by the user. Since licenses are bound directly to active devices, we do not offer refunds for active subscription periods once a license is deployed, unless a systemic technical error is proven on our side.

You may change your subscription plan at any time subject to the following: - Upgrade: Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately after payment. The price difference may be prorated based on the remaining days in your current billing cycle. Additional device licenses are granted instantly. - Downgrade: Downgrading to a lower plan is scheduled to take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No charge is applied today for the downgraded plan. Excess device licenses will be deactivated when the new cycle begins. - Add-on: Adding extra devices or features mid-cycle is allowed. The cost is prorated based on the remaining days in your current active plan. - Renew: Renewal of your current plan takes effect from the end of your current subscription period.

From time to time, Funcam may offer introductory or promotional pricing for first-time subscribers or during promotional campaigns. These prices apply to the first billing cycle only. Upon renewal, the subscription automatically reverts to the standard published price. Promotional prices are non-transferable and cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.

You are solely responsible for all frames, stickers, and photos uploaded or generated in your events. Using Funcam to distribute copyright-infringing content, pornography, hate speech, violence, or any illegal material is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to suspend events or remove offending content without notice.

All software, UI/UX designs, logos, desktop/mobile source code, and trademarks of Funcam are the sole property of FUNCORE CREATIVE LABS. You may not reverse engineer, redistribute, or copy our assets without prior written consent.

FUNCORE CREATIVE LABS shall not be liable for any business losses, data corruption, or operational disruptions resulting from using our services. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
