Yes, using Funcam via your web browser is 100% free with no hidden costs or watermarks. However, if you need advanced professional features, we offer desktop and mobile applications which operate on a paid per-device licensing model.
Do I need to install an app?
Not necessarily! You can use it directly in your browser at funcam.id for free. However, if you want to use the Desktop or Mobile app versions for professional event needs (such as DSLR camera integration, full flow customization, etc.), you can download and install our app by purchasing a license per device.
Can I use it on mobile or laptop?
Funcam works on all devices with a camera and a modern web browser — laptops, PCs, tablets, and smartphones. For professional requirements, our desktop and mobile applications are designed specifically to run optimally on their respective devices.
How do the desktop/mobile app licensing and subscription work?
Licensing for the desktop and mobile apps is billed per device. You can choose a subscription plan that suits your needs under the subscription management menu in your account dashboard. One active license can be bound to one device.
Are photos stored on the server?
No. All photos you take are stored only on your own device. We do not store, upload, or process your photos on our servers. Your privacy is fully guaranteed.
How do I use Funcam?

Can I create my own custom frame?
Absolutely! If you log in, you can create your own custom frames with your design. This is perfect for special events like birthdays, weddings, or brand promotions.
