Account & Event Information - Registration details such as name, email address, and encrypted password. - Event configurations, custom frames, or stickers uploaded by the event creator. - Photos taken in the photobooth that are saved to your event galleries on our servers. b. Payment & Transaction Information - Billing and transaction details processed securely by our official third-party payment gateway. We do not store credit card numbers or banking credentials on our servers. c. Device & Technical Information - Unique Device IDs or IP addresses for validating desktop and mobile application licenses. - IP address, browser type, operating system, and website usage logs.

The collected data is used to: - Provide and manage user accounts, subscriptions, and event dashboards. - Process subscription payments securely. - Enforce and validate device limits for desktop and mobile licenses. - Host event photo galleries and facilitate user downloads. - Improve system performance, ensure platform security, and detect or prevent fraudulent activities.

When you log in to our desktop or mobile applications, we record your unique Device ID. This data is collected solely to validate active device counts in accordance with your subscription plan and is not used for tracking purposes.

Event session photos are stored on our servers to render galleries and provide download options to guests. You have full control to delete events, custom resources, or photos at any time via your dashboard. Subscription and payment transaction histories are retained as long as your account remains active and in compliance with legal retention requirements.

We implement strong technical security measures to protect your data: - End-to-end encryption of connections using HTTPS. - Secure hashing of user passwords using one-way encryption (bcrypt). - Strict access control and encryption of internal database systems. However, please note that no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure. Using our platform represents a shared responsibility.

We do not sell or lease your personal data. We only share information with trusted third-party partners essential for our operations, such as our official payment gateway to process subscription payments, or when required by law.

As an account holder, you have the right to: - Access, update, or correct your personal information at any time via the dashboard. - Delete uploaded media, custom frames, stickers, or events. - Request permanent deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting our support team.

Funcambooth App (our desktop and mobile photobooth software) offers an optional Cloud Sync feature allowing operators to connect their Google Drive account via Google OAuth 2.0. This section provides explicit disclosure regarding Google API data handling: 1. Data Collected from Google: We only receive Google OAuth access/refresh tokens and basic profile details (email address and name) solely to display the connected account status in the app. We do NOT access, collect, or read your personal contacts, emails, or unrelated files in Google Drive. 2. Purpose of Use (Save & Cloud Backup Only): The Google Drive API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive) is used strictly to save, upload, and backup photobooth session media (photo strips, animated GIFs, and event albums) directly into a dedicated folder in the user's own Google Drive account. It is used for no other purpose. 3. How Data is Stored & Secured: Google OAuth tokens are stored locally and encrypted strictly on the user's local computer or device. Tokens and photos are NEVER sent to Funcam centralized servers, are NEVER stored in Funcam cloud databases, and cannot be accessed by Funcam staff. 4. Sharing with Third Parties: We do NOT share, transfer, sell, or rent Google user data to any third party under any circumstances. Furthermore, Google user data is NEVER used for serving advertisements, and is NEVER used to train machine learning or artificial intelligence (AI) models. 5. Data Retention Period: Google OAuth tokens are retained locally on the device only for as long as the user chooses to keep the Google Drive account connected. Media files uploaded to Google Drive remain under the user's ownership and retention control on their own Google Drive account. 6. User Control, Revocation & Data Deletion: - In-App Disconnect: Users can disconnect Google Drive anytime via Funcambooth App > Admin / Settings > Cloud Sync > click "Disconnect Google Drive", which immediately purges all local tokens from the device. - Via Google Account: Users can revoke access anytime via Google Account Security at https://myaccount.google.com/permissions. - Deletion: Users can delete uploaded photos, albums, or folders at any time directly through Google Drive. 7. Google API Scope Requested: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive (Google Drive file creation and upload). 8. Google API Limited Use Disclosure: "Funcambooth App's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements."
